Incised Meanders, not Entrenched Meanders

This article needs lots of work. For example one of the terms for this landform should be incised meanders, not entrenched meanders. The former is the general term for this landform and the latter is one of two different types of incised meanders. The other type of incised (inclosed) meanders is known as an ingrown meander. As a result some of the terminology in this article needs to be changed
