Expansion on mechanism

The lead section is quite long, as well as providing significant overlap in the mechanism heading. I am not knowledgeable enough on cell-cell entotic interactions to feel confident in significantly altering this article. There is what may be considered an undue emphasis on entosis and its relation to cancer, especially against the other sections being very small. Additionally, presence of 'videos' section is rather informal; should it be altered to an 'external links' / 'further reading' section?
