- @Trickstar: replaced with a link to the authors' institution's library, which should be a lot faster than web.archive. The trick for finding these is to type the title into Google Scholar, then checking whether the URL displays affiliation with the authors' institution (because of the risk of contributory copyright infringement, WP:ELNEVER).
