I think this page should merge with endurance.
Proposed merge with Aerobic exercise

If a merge were to take place, Endurance Training should be merged into this article, not the opposite. My reasoning here is that when most doctors tell there patients to start exercising, they tell them to do aerobic/CV exercise, not endurance training. So this is the article for which most people will search. (User:Dobratz)
