I am the subject of this article (Emily Wright) and would like to propose adding a paragraph about my recent work in musical theatre. I have a Conflict of Interest, so I am posting this here for review rather than editing the article directly.

Please consider adding the following text to the "Career" section (or a new "Musical theatre" section):

In 2025, Wright expanded into musical theatre, composing the music and lyrics for the original musical Better Days alongside collaborator Brian Logan Dales of the band The Summer Set. The show features a book by Eric Garcia and is set in a dive bar in Arizona over the course of three "Blackout Wednesdays" spanning a decade.^[1] A world premiere industry reading of the production was held on August 7, 2025, at the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Renberg Theatre.
