Requested move

[edit]

ELFA AB is the correct name of the electronics company, but ELFA AB currently redirects to ELFA, which is a disambiguation page. Current page Elfa should be renamed Elfa International AB (correct name of the shelving company), while moving ELFA to Elfa. In short:

"ELFA" is as far as I know not an abbreviation (or acronym). The company is however registered as ELFA AB at Bolagsverket, the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and thus the official name. But to keep with MOS:TM (I wasn't aware of that part of MoS when I wrote the above proposal) the correct thing here probably is to move the main article now at ELFA (Electronics) to Elfa AB, with a redirect from ELFA AB. --DJ Tricky (talk) 01:04, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Two Dätwylers

[edit]

Note that there are two Swiss Dätwyler companies, both founded in the 20th century, both with a Max Dätwyler. One bought Elfa AB; the other one has a Wikipedia article. (Note also added to the Dätwyler talk page.) BlackcurrantTea (talk) 10:20, 1 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
