Reason for redirection

This page redirects to Electronic Submission. Initially it redirected to Submission (Electronic) but then a decision was made to move Submission (Electronic) to this page. So, this page was deleted by an admin to facilitate the move. I then moved Submission (Electronic) to Electronic Submission without realizing that a change in the case of 'S' of Submission would lead to the creation of a new page. So, I edited this page to redirect it to Electronic Submission in order to ensure title case compatibility and also complete the task for which this page was deleted. Please let me know if we need to switch this page with Electronic Submission and then redirect Electronic Submission to this page instead of the way it stands now.
