[edit]Yes,they can be musician's.Deafness is a spectrum, and even those who are profoundly deaf can feel music through vibrations. Many talented musicians were born with hearing loss, and many have acquired hearing loss or tinnitus from the effects of prolonged exposure to loud music.or people who are deaf, there is a common misconception that they cannot enjoy music. This is not the case. The way that they experience music is different than the way hearing people experience music, but they can still enjoy it in a full capacity.Deaf musicians tend to favor acoustic instruments quite often percussion Many deaf people play musical instruments and take part in music activities on a daily basis.
