[edit]I moved this from Elbow Cay Lighthouse after receiving the following email:
Hello, This is in reference to Elbow Cay Lighthouse page belonging to wikipedia. I am one of 5 persons entrusted by the Bahamian government to care for the Elbow Reef Lightstation on Elbow Cay, Abaco. I have been trying to fix the page title so that the actual name of the lighthouse is correct. It is not known as the Elbow Cay Lighthouse, its name is Elbow Reef Lighthouse named for the reef that it overlooks. Are we able to change this so it is the correct name?
I assume this page was set up to show location and lighthouse at the location which may be the case. You can clarify for me.

Date lit
[edit]There is an article we discovered from 1863 saying the lighthouse was first lit September 1st 1863. That means the building would have completed by 1863 as well.
