Einstein Papers Project

- "Are any of the contributors to this article interested in helping a bit with an Einstein Papers Project article? I have the preliminary work done except for summarising a description of the project as a whole into something approximately 20-25% the length of the Project's own description.

Novel form of vandalism...
[edit]When I open this article in the Wikipedia App on my iPhone, I see "Nahom is Physicist" immediately below the subject line, as seen in the following screen capture: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Dre17ZwAEm1VoC3toxRWqPRyWLnuAHCU
These words do not appear on the Desktop nor on the Mobile versions of the article. I do not see these words anywhere in the source text. Digital Einstein Papers no longer open access

- Yes, if there are supporting references. Surely by now, either New Scientist or Scientific American or Nature or the AAPT must have editorialised.
- I can't believe that the world's largest and most definitive Einstein resource, which was granted exclusive access to the source material, and was funded partly on the basis that it was to be a free-access project for the benefit of all humankind, can simply be "switched off" to stop people downloading the content in advance of some future release of a monetised version, without the community saying anything. update, slight reorg
[edit]I've added a couple of quotes, separated the original "Digital Einstein" and current "Einstein Portal" projects, added more links, put in the occasional additional heading, and removed some duplicated information. ErkDemon (talk) 17:17, 4 November 2025 (UTC)
