[edit]Actually, the five Academy Awards were not all distributed as indicated in the last part of the sentence. My great-grandmother had four of them on the mantle in her living room until her death. One had already been give to Mel, a good friend. Two were given to my grandmother and the other two, to my great-uncle. [edit]Was Selzer a son-in-law of one of the Warner Brothers? I have heard that from some source I can no longer remember, but I do not find it in the article here. Unsourced and weasel words
[edit]This article has had no sources for at least 5 years. Also, it uses the weasel words "some historians" & "It is believed" over and over again. Either a statement conforms to wikipedia verifiability or not. If the only source is Chuck Jones' book, the article should at least say that. Could someone please add some sources to avoid deletion of most of this material (which would be a shame)? Ashmoo (talk) 15:24, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
