Expedition to Mexico

[edit]

I am reading about Charlesworth's contributions to the Zoological Society of London. Did he ever go on expeditions? Or simply did he purchase specimens? It seems like he went to Mexico himself. See: Charlesworth, Edward. 1841. “On the Habits of the Bassaris Astuta, Lichtenstein ; and of the Ascomys Mexicanus of the Same Author.” Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London 9: 60–60. --Arw36 (talk) 21:07, 10 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
