This sentence clearly false: "Supreme Court of Estonia, on 12 June 1990, just weeks after Estonia won its independence from the Soviet Union.."

Estonian Independence was restored on 20 August 1991 so this statement in the article is false. I think there is some confusion with events leading to restoration of independence when then still Soviet Estonia declared that their laws are superior to Soviet Union laws and started to unwind soviet Estonian institutions from Soviet Unions institutions.
