edmonds cookbook is newzealand icon.It holds the secret to newzealand cuisine.It has been here for 90 years.You can know also get edmonds juinior cookbook.

I wonder about this line in the entry: 'sent unsolicited to every newly engaged couple in New Zealand.' I haven't read the referenced original source, but I wonder how the publishers would know a couple was engaged? I believe there was is no legal paperwork for engagement, so where did they get the info?
