While tracking down a dead link for The Tampa Tribune article "Club In Holiday Became Focus of FBI Probe" (published 20 October 2007 in , originally published at http://www2.tbo.com/content/2007/oct/20/pa-club-in-holiday-became-focus-of-fbi-probe/), I encountered what was substantially identical content (and by the same author) in the "Organized Crime" section of New Port Richey: Myth and History of a City Built on Enchantment.

The article is also available behind the newspapers.com paywall. A text search, using the link https://www.newspapers.com/search/#lnd=1&query=%22adam+carozza%22&ymd=2007-10-20 (and additional search arguments) will reveal short snippets of the Tampa Tribune article.
