Miami as Ottawa Successor

[edit]

Looking at club timeline, I see that it has Miami on the the same line as Ottawa as a "successor club", as while it is true as we all know that Ottawa did sell their franchise rights to Miami, club staff, players, and others were not transferred over to Miami, making this a totally new club then just a relocated one. If I were to be wrong that this change of moving Miami to a different line, then why does the club timeline on the main USL Championship article reflect this? I believe they need to be two separate lines to reflect reality. Anyone with me? 172.58.125.75 (talk) 07:04, 6 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
