This entire article is written with the tone of a COC booster as opposed to a neutral observer. Many examples; I'll point out the most obvious in just the sections from Location to Activities:

• "Ear Falls provides the perfect blend of small town life"
• "The sense of community and the natural beauty of the region are unparalleled"
• "affordable housing enable residents to live comfortably and securely"
• "This small, safe community is an ideal place to raise a family, and a great place to retire."
• "Ear Falls boasts the best the fishing that Northern Ontario has to offer."
