I agree that "the criterion does not apply to any article that makes any credible claim of significance or importance". One way that Wikipedia editors assess "significance or importance" is by examining the references that are provided within the body of the article. In this case, the most significant claim in the first paragraph is merely cited to a document produced by the subject. This company seems to have notability but the best way to demonstrate that would be to add reliable sources that assert the notability of the subject in a verifiable way; unreferenced material is subject to removal.
