I plan a revamp and update this article during the next week. The edits will identify E-OTD as a 3GPP standard, provide a short description of how it works, give a few historical details, clarify the role of LMUS, and provide more references. Chris Cdrane (talk) 06:15, 21 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
