The 2007 article nominated for speedy deletion was a different article and different organization than this one. The E-Lab discussed in this article was no longer an active company in 2007. It was also not a "pre-production" company as was noted about the other company in the deleted article (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/E-Lab). The tag on this page should be removed to avoid confusion. If a title with a clarifier is required, e.g., "E-Lab (_____)", I can do that.
