According to this press release from the U.S. Department of Justice, the convictions leading to the 135 year imprisonment of the subject are detailed as:
RICO(18 U.S.C. §1962(c)),RICO conspiracy(18 U.S.C. §1962(d)), conspiracy(18 U.S.C. §371), three counts of transporting minors in interstate commerce for the purpose of criminal sexual activity (18 U.S.C. §2423(a)), one count of travel in interstate commerce with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity with minors (18 U.S.C. §2423(b)), and three counts of structuring cash transactions (31 U.S.C. §324(a)(3)).
However, the article currently lists him as having been convicted of "child molestation". Am I missing something? The article currently states:
Early in 2004, York was convicted in federal court by a jury of multiple RICO, child molestation, and financial reporting charges. He was sentenced to 135 years in prison.
I wouldn't object to saying the specific crimes if we can find a good source for it but most sources do say that he was convicted of child molestation or related charges, and do not use that verbiage to describe it , so our article should reflect that.
