Advice -> Scouting phase
[edit]Suggestion: rename 'Advice' to 'Scouting phase' to bring that chapter in line with 'Information phase' and 'Formation phase'.
Start each phase with a short description of its objective, parties, plans, people.
- scouting: which parties would like to start coalition talks?
- Odd:
- https://www.houseofrepresentatives.nl/formation-process describes the scout,
- but Chapter 11 of Reglement van Orde van de Tweede Kamer (English translation) does not.
- information: what plans can parties agree on?
- formation: which people will join the cabinet?

- Im rewriting the Dutch page and intend to translate it then.
- The Reglement does not mention the scout because the new House isnt installed when they select the scout so it is not an official decision by the House.
- Also, keep in mind that an informateur can also do the scouting phase, its not linear. Dajasj (talk) 13:40, 21 December 2023 (UTC)
