At the bottom of his career section, it implies Kung Fu Panda 4 (2024) is his latest film, which it is not. That's why Tuner could be added, his first live action role in several years, and relatively acclaimed performance. ~2026-33284-51 (talk) 19:51, 5 June 2026 (UTC)

Should this be removed?

Bill Murray, who costarred with Hoffman in Tootsie (1982) and The Lost City (2005), defended him, saying, "I heard what happened to him, and Dustin Hoffman is a really decent person. He's crazy, a Borscht Belt flirt, has been his whole life. (But) he's a really sweet man." Actors Chevy Chase and Liam Neeson also came to his defense.

Bill Murray has had his own Feuds and misconduct allegations. Including him paying a female accuser $100,000 for unspecified "inappropriate behavior". And from the linked refs... Chevy Chase, the noted alcoholic is "convinced Hoffman is innocent". Liam Neeson, Said "Apparently, he touched another girl's breast and stuff. But it's childhood stuff what he was doing." Well, you've provided no rationale for removal, while introducing a WP:BLPVIO about Chevy Chase in the process. I'd suggest you redact the comment, then explain the policy rationale for removing what appear to be accurate statements. In the link after Chevy Chase...-checked into a rehab for an alcohol problem- & this Substance abuse is on his page. Well Murray paid off an accuser but wiki seems to think this is a good defensive ref for Hoffman, when he has paid off his own problem. Pauseypaul (talk) 03:19, 27 June 2026 (UTC)

What reliable source refers to Chase as "the noted alcoholic"? No matter, a response is irrelevant. Again, what reliable source refers to Chase as "the noted alcoholic"? You are inserting your personal biases, rather than going by sources. Apparently once someone has had a drug abuse problem, even if they've gone through rehab successfully, a decade later, they are still known as "the noted alcoholic"?

And remarkably, you still have not tendered a policy-based rationale. Only personal preference, it would seem.
