Hi, I'm about ready to assess as B-Class but, first, the lead really should be fleshed out a bit to form a full paragraph. It ought to summarise the article, so you can just include a bit from each section -- Early life and education (perhaps where born and the fact he studied law), Political career (a couple of sentences on highlights), Civil War (ditto), and Later life (just a sentence to round things out), Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 11:51, 5 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
