Renderers used by Dreamworks

The current renderer, since 2019 (used in How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World) is Moonray, but prior to that, it was D_Render, along side the lighting tool by PDI, Light. According to this course material: https://blog.selfshadow.com/publications/s2017-shading-course/dreamworks/s2017_pbs_dreamworks_notes.pdf - All movies from 1998 to 2017 (The Boss Baby, and likely Captain Underpants) used D_Render. This is worthwhile to add to all the 25 movies that were made with it (Or to include in the main page. ~2026-10555-51 (talk) 18:38, 26 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
