In Colorado Dylan Kuhn age 19 killed his 6 month old baby daughter Sailor (by slamming her against her crib) but was only given probation and 90 days in jail. Prison only 'creates repeat offenders' according to Judge Douglas Walker. 2 October 2012. I found this on the web 18 Oct 2012, and was surprised not to find a biographical article here about this judge-thought wikipedia had made an effort to give all judges a little biographical blurb.
