I wrote the first stub some years ago hoping for others to help and expand, and some people actually did so - thanks! I do not have more information and it seems hard to retrieve even through Google, though some recipe sites have mentioned Domsiah in 2009.

I have checked the links and they are unavailable now. How does Wikipedia handle disappearing links? I have saved the documents from that time I wrote the first article and will locate them on my server, but I think the best to do is to locate documents on archive.org or some other place.
