The date of the exploration of the Old Domoko site is 1901, during the First Expedition to Central Asia (http://dsr.nii.ac.jp/toyobunko/VIII-5-B2-9/V-1/page/0260.html.en) 1906 is the year when Stein excavated the site, after the first exploration of the site.
