As I understand it from reading the two articles:
Document review is the process of going through a large amount of documents relating to any legal process, even for stuff like mergers and acquisitions. The article deals with the logistics of that.
Inspection of documents is a right specific to lawsuits that you can see the documents of the other party. The article deals with the history and the process of requesting documents to be inspected. – Mullafacation『talk』 20:32, 12 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
