In my opinion, his surname should be transcribed into "Yaparov", not "Japarov" and it should be corrected.
According to WP:RUS, he should have been spelled as Yaparov, but at this point he is predominantly known as Japarov, and this is why we use that name.--Ymblanter (talk) 02:53, 11 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
