Giddins ref
[edit]The Giddins source cited in this article claims that the 1954 recording of this piece received the Grand Prix du Disque for Jazz. However, that's contradicted by this link and I can't find any other sources that don't feed off the Giddins ref that agree with it. Graham87 15:32, 8 September 2018 (UTC)
- It also says that this composition "led directly to the commission for his first film score". This isn't supported by the insert notes to the LP in question, so I don't feel comfortable adding that either. Graham87 15:53, 8 September 2018 (UTC)
