Meaning of "Diseworth"
[edit]There are two statements in 'Diseworth's History' section that seem to contradict, the first sentence; 'The village's name means 'farm/settlement of Digoth and the end of the second paragraph; 'but almost always with the suffix 'worth', meaning enclosed settlement'. Does it refer to an enclosed settlement or a farming settlement? Tripplehelix (talk) 17:05, 13 October 2025 (UTC)
