Oñate / Oñati does not belong to Álava. It belongs to Guipuscoa which certainly belonged to this diocese (as seen in 1913 Catholic Encyclopedia) but Biscay and Guipuscoa are currently dioceses of their own. --Javierme (talk) 16:27, 16 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
