Flag of French Republic removed

I removed the French Republic flag icon from the Infobox, in accordance with several sections of WP:ICON; specifically (quoting),

• Generally, flag icons should not be used in infoboxes, even when there is a "country", "nationality" or equivalent field: they are unnecessarily distracting and give undue prominence to one field among many....
• Flags make simple, blunt statements about nationality, while words can express the facts with more complexity. [Amiens existed before there was a France, then was Frankish, Merovingian, and Carolingian, but then it was part of the realm of the Kings of France (whose flag was a large golden fleur-de-lys on a white background), not the French Republic.]....
• Do not rewrite history. Flags should not be used to misrepresent the nationality of a historical figure [including some bishops], event, object, etc. Political boundaries change, often over the span of a biographical article subject's lifetime. Where ambiguity or confusion could result, it is better not to use a flag at all, and where one is genuinely needed, use the historically accurate flag.

Regnal numbers for bishops

Please do not cut-and-paste old lists of bishops which have regnal numbers after the personal name, e.g. John III., Pierre V. First of all, the number is not part of a person's name. Additionally, numbering might change if a new early bishop with that name is discovered. Thirdly, if a person is transferred to a new appointment, his number might not be the same in his new appointment; or, for that matter, if he is transferred from a previous diocese, the same problem would occur. Anyone who makes a new article page with one of the numbers in it (through inadvertence) might create severe problems with the Wikipedia. This old practice is especially unnecessary if a bishop has a surname.
