Untitled
[edit]I have entirely rewritten this article, with a brief general intro and a section on the situation in the CofE. At a minimum it could do with information about diocesan synods in other provinces of the Communion.
Of nothing clear about it...
[edit]This article isn't clear enough for me (sorry Skershaw) for the meaning of the words 'Diocesan synod' isn't showing.

One-sided
[edit]This article should be expanded and cover the subject of "diocesan synod" not only in the Anglican, but also in the Catholic Church (possibly also in the Orthodoxy - in whole Christianity). In any case, in this form, the article in English is one-sided or biased, since the Roman Catholic Church also operates in the English-speaking world, which also has its own diocesan synods. I suggest that the Catholic aspect of the synod be added, for example from the Italian or German Wikipedia.--Stebunik (talk) 17:00, 16 September 2025 (UTC)
Merging articles into one
[edit]It would make sense to merge the articles Diocesan synod and Diocesan synod (Catholic Church) into one article, because they both deal with one and the same topic, although now separated and fragmented.--Stebunik (talk) 17:06, 16 September 2025 (UTC)
- I think a merge would work. Srnec (talk) 23:18, 31 December 2025 (UTC)
