[edit]I was not directly involved in this project, but as someone widely regarded as an expert in the field, I believe it represents a significant milestone in digital cultural heritage and preservation. Many contributors to this project are recognized pioneers in digital model acquisition and scanning. Additionally, some sections of the Stanford page are no longer functional.
