Developer?

From what I understand, Diary-X was a one-man project, so why no mention of the developer's name anywhere? -- hibou 11:47, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Why is there no mention of the controversy over the closure of Diary-X and the loss of so many personal histories?

Unsourced for six years

This article was written in 2005. It's been tagged as lacking any sources since 2009. It's survived two AfD, so I won't nominate it again. But anything past the intro that isn't sourced should be deleted, based on the principal that all material on Wikipedia should be verifiable.   Will Beback  talk  03:20, 28 March 2011 (UTC)

I searched the Proquest newspaper archive. Two articles have very short mentions of the subject, albeit with some usable facts. The third source was written by a high school junior but published in a small newspaper, Waco Tribune-Herald, and recounts the sudden end of the service. It also shows that the owner/operator, Stephen Deken, had failed to create any backups. I see that the main author of this version of the article was written by user:Stephen Deken. I'm going to re-write the article from scratch based on the minimal material found in three independent secondary sources I've found.   Will Beback  talk  03:37, 28 March 2011 (UTC)

Screenshot?

I wonder if any screenshots of this old site still survive; if so, might be nice to have here. (Also, though it isn't useful for a WP article, whether the creator still has the source code.
