Invalid information. It is not a tree.

[edit]

Article talks about trees, but what is shown on graph is NOT a tree. It is not a tree because it contains cycles (there exist more than one way to get to the node). Information about tree structure is wrong.

This should be elaborated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.16.123.194 (talk) 19:23, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Dialogue trees in "human" interactions

[edit]

Shouldn't there be something here about use of dialogue trees outside of video games, such as by call center drones? Or, more honestly, by "press 1 for X; press 2 for Y" robo-voice systems. (Or, worst of all, by crappy voice-recognition computer systems imitating call center drones, so that you can neither consciously select the closest match of the limited set of options, nor rely on a human brain to (try to) do it for you. Although given the levels of brains and/or English comprehension of a lot of call center drones, the latter might not be a big difference.)~2026-37566-7 (talk) 18:40, 10 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
