This article needs some cleanup and wikification. I recommend the following needs to be done:

1. A clearer opening paragraph, clearly stating whether it is a town/city/village/district etc. and perhaps a couple of defining characteristics.
2. More internal links to relevant articles.
3. Some external links to establish reliability of the information.
4. Finding one or more relevant categories.
