Trajectoids
[edit]In the paper Sobolev, Yaroslav I., et al. "Solid-body trajectoids shaped to roll along desired pathways." Nature 620.7973 (2023): 310-315 it was proposed an algorithm for constructing trajectoids, 3D shapes that follows an infinitely repeating path as it rolls. The press release can be found here.
Should the "trajectoids" be included in this article or they don't fit into the definition of developable rollers? Saung Tadashi (talk) 22:55, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
