This confuses some things - when people talk about democratisation of technology they generally mean "massification" - it needs to more carefully make this distinction. 92.239.36.144 (talk) 12:08, 18 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Democracy is about brining power to the masses (allowing the masses to run for office and vote and get electing), so I feel that "democratizing" anything means bringing it to the masses.
