Maximum Bob

[edit]

The Maximum Bob links here are to an unrelated article. I'm not sure how to fix it appropriately.

A lot is known about the other members of the band.

[edit]

"Though Buckethead is the only member who makes a consistent effort to hide his identity, little is known about the other members of the band."

This sentence is bad. First, it's poorly constructed - "although Buckethead hides his identity, we don't know much about the other band members" - it's set-up like the first point is dependent on the other, but it's executed like a non-sequitur. It's like saying, "although Buckethead plays guitar, the other members do other things." It's like, duh, and so what? It adds nothing.

Problem two: we know LOTS about the other band members. They all have wikipedia pages! We know their names! Heck, we know Buckhead's entire everything and his article is over 70kB - is that the result of Mr. Head making "a consistent effort to hide his identity"?

I'm deleting this line, it adds nothing but bytes.

Like, all four names in the preceding sentence are wikilinks to articles on these guys. Sorry, I can't get over this one. – ⓣⓡⓢ⑨ⓚ 01:29, 7 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
