The article mostly refers to ascorbic acid. Hence it should be integrated there. Ohterwise delete it!--Yikrazuul 13:41, 29 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I suggest that the pair of structures in the middle of the article be deleted. The ascorbic acid structure is gratuitous in this article, and the DHA structure is repetitious. As a newbie, I don't know the rules on removing illustrations, however. Rectifico (talk) 13:53, 18 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

The reference Heaney et al indicates that two hematopoetic malignant cell lines may be more resistant to chemotherapy agents if pretreated with dehydroascorbic acid. Enhancing resistance to chemotherapy is not at all the same thing as promoting tumor growth. It is a misinterpretation of Heaney et al to say so.VitCBeliever (talk) 19:13, 1 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

The following reference gives no publication information and a very quick search turned up nothing so it may have been neither peer reviewed nor published.
