Saint Constantine the Great was baptized by Saint Pope Sylvester I. This is well attested to in the Catholic Martyrology, Catholic Breviary and other documents. See the Roman Martyrology for December 31, "At Rome, the birthday of Pope St. Silvester I, confessor, who baptized Emperor Constantine the Great, and confirmed the council of Nicaea." Also see the Liber Pontificalis and the inscription on the St. John Lateran obelisk at Rome which reads: "CONSTANTINUS PER CRUCEM VICTOR AS SILVESTRO HIC BAPTIZATUS CRUCIS GLORIAM PROPAGAVIT" : philipofBVMPhilipofBVM 06:22, 18 January 2015 (UTC) PhilipofBVM 06:22, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

Regardless of whether this is accurate, I don’t believe it’s quite relevant to an article about a book. If you think the sources you mention are reliable (i.e. they meet WP:RS requirements), then feel free to edit the articles on Constantine the Great and/or Pope Sylvester I to add any information that isn’t already in them, and cite your sources as references.
