Who killed Deckard Cain?
[edit]It is said that the Coven witch Maghda killed Deckard Cain but that's just like saying that a gun killed John F. Kennedy. The ultimate killer was the player character. Here's my reasoning:
1. If you are in search of a mysterious artifact that is fallen into pieces and know that others are also looking those pieces would you leave the found pieces with the frailest person of your group? The answer is no. So that that actually happens in the game is because the developers wanted Deckard Cain dead and used the player character to do him in by giving the found pieces of the sword to DC.
2. In the cutscene where Deckard Cain is wounded the player characer stands in the doorway. You can see this if your charcter has some aura extended from their body. So if they are standing there why don't they do anything? Once again the character is immobilised by a developing design but that also means that the PC is the killer by non-action.
