[edit]Hi all, I've created this because I think it's grown enough to need a WP article now but I just want to declare openly that I was a (minor) part of the committee involved in coordinating Day of Archaeology last year. I'm not involved this year at all but know the committee personally. I've tried to stick to facts and maintain NPOV. Feel free to tweak as necessary. Cheers!
