Image

Sportsfan 1234, the 2010 image really isn't that good. He had red eye, isn't even wearing anything identifying him with the NHL, and adds little impact to the article. We already have an image of him in a St. Louis jersey in the section, why do we need this one? HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 20:39, 11 July 2020 (UTC)

I don't see the red eye? Anyways, I tried cropping it to make it smaller. Not every picture need to identify the subject as part of the NHL. This is the only picture that actually shows David Perron without hockey gear, the others its harder to tell that is Perron himself. Sportsfan 1234, The issue is that a) it makes the text look weird b) we already have a good image and c) the red eye can be seen in the iris. As a compromise, I found like 4 pictures of him on Flickr w/o a helmet but in a St. Louis uniform during the parade. Can we use one of those? HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 20:45, 11 July 2020 (UTC)

I think the picture there is already good, it doesn't detract from GA status. Perhaps move it elsewhere? The image is also wikilinked to buzz cut, an article I was working on as well. Sportsfan 1234, fair enough, that's a good point. Once there's more text in the article it may be able to be moved up/down so it doesn't make the text weird.
