The Los Angeles Times has a handy series of pages at http://articles.latimes.com/keyword/david-mason listing a series of articles appearing in their newspaper about Mason. Murderpedia was cited by a previous editor. Its collection includes (1) what looks like materials from a previous Department of Corrections page; (2) Wikipedia article; (3) New York Times article 8/22/93; (4) Mason 9th Cir. decision 8/20/93; and (5) Mason 9th Cir. decision 10/6/93.
