Merge Dave Martin into David Martin
[edit]We presently have two disambiguation pages (Dave Martin and David Martin), but still have ambiguity. Note for example, there seem to be three different (maybe) footballers--two named David and two named Dave. I suggest a merger and a redirect from Dave to David. Anyone else?
