Cite for "All Shook Up"?

I think the statement that Hess wrote "All Shook Up" only to see the songwriting credit attributed to Elvis Presley is a bit questionable. It wouldn't be unheard of for Elvis' manager to "hijack" the songwriting credits, but in the case of "All Shook Up" it appears almost universally acknowledged that Otis Blackwell wrote the song, with Elvis being given a token co-writing credit:

This David Hess is not the actor who played Sweeney Todd on Broadway and currently touring with the play so I removed that information from the article. This is the correct David Hess:

Replaced unsupported text about threatening Peabody with one supported by citation

I have removed the existing text:

A Method actor, he famously threatened to attack costar Sandra Peabody to get a more genuine reaction from her.

This is both POV ("famously") and more seriously, not supported by the citation provided. I own that book, Wes Craven's Last House on the Left: The Making of a Cult Classic by David Szulkin, and it does not mention such a threat.

I have replaced it with a similar line that is supported by the source. Here is the context to assist other editors; the square brackets are present in the original text:

David Hess, who played Krug with a coiled, maniacal aggression, approached the role with a Method actor's intensity. "I was very mean to the girls, so when it came to the rape scene, [Sandra Cassell] didn't have to act," he says, referring to a co-star who played one of the victims. "I told her, 'I'm really going to fuck you if you don't behave yourself. They'll just let the camera run. I'm going to devastate you.' I don't think she was too happy about that."

Sandra Cassell [sic] is Sandra Peabody; she is credited on-screen and in publicity as Sandra Cassel (one L). The Vanity Fair writer (Jason Zinoman) does not follow up Hess's admission, and although Wes Craven is interviewed for the same piece he is not asked to comment.
